The operator needed to consolidate three regional warehouses into one hub. Throughput targets set the requirements: 24 docks, 12 m clear height for five-level racking and column-free aisles for fast-mover pick faces.客户计划把三个区域仓库合并为一个枢纽。吞吐目标决定了几项硬指标：24 个装卸口、满足五层货架的 12 米净高，以及快周转拣选区的无柱通道。
We set bay spacing at 12 m so that racking uprights never conflicted with columns, and braced the longitudinal walls with rod bracing placed inside the cladding cavity to keep the interior face clean for racking.柱距定为 12 米，使货架立柱与钢柱不冲突；纵向墙采用圆钢支撑并置于围护空腔内，保证室内墙面平整以利货架布置。
Roof uses 360° standing seam sheeting over 100 mm insulation; walls use insulated sandwich panels. Dock openings were factory-cut with reinforced trim so levellers and seals could be installed without site modification.屋面为 360 度咬合直立锁边板加 100 毫米保温层，墙面为保温夹芯板。装卸口在工厂开洞并加设加强边框，登车桥与门封现场无需二次改造。
The hub opened with all 24 docks operational on day one and has become the client's primary regional node.枢纽开业当天 24 个装卸口全部投用，现已成为客户的主要区域节点。
