The client operates a fleet of business jets and needed a hangar that keeps the entire floor free of columns while allowing daily tow-in and tow-out without opening a second door. Summer temperatures above 45 °C also meant the envelope had to control solar gain.客户运营一支公务机队，需要一栋地面完全无柱、且日常进出无需开启第二道门就能完成牵引的机库。当地夏季气温超过 45 度，围护还需控制太阳得热。
We used a tapered portal frame with a 60 m clear span and a secondary truss at the door header to keep deflection within door-track tolerance. Roof panels are 100 mm insulated with a reflective finish; the door track sits on an independent foundation to isolate it from floor slab movement.采用 60 米无柱渐变截面门式刚架，门头设次桁架，把挠度控制在门轨允许范围内。屋面采用 100 毫米保温板并做反射面层；门轨落在独立基础上，与地坪沉降隔离。
Members were trial-assembled in the factory, marked, and shipped in 11 containers. Our supervisor spent six weeks on site guiding the local crew through frame erection and door commissioning.构件在工厂预拼装、编号后分 11 个集装箱发运。我们派技术人员驻场六周，指导当地班组完成主结构安装与大门调试。
The hangar was handed over two weeks ahead of schedule and has operated without a door-track fault since commissioning.机库比计划提前两周交付，投用至今未出现门轨故障。
